Joe Darby was photographed in-hiding at an undisclosed location in Virginia as multiple US government agencies were seeking his whereabouts for possible prosecution in the aftermath of his leaking of photographs detailing evidence of personnel of the US Army and CIA committing human rights violations against detainees in the Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq, that included physical and sexual abuse, torture, rape, sodomy and murder.
